Train the Trainer

The Centre for Leaning and Development (internal training team) for Avon and Somerset Police is the largest training team in the region delivering a huge number of training days each year. The historical style of delivery was ‘chalk and talk’, a very much one way ‘tell’approach. I worked with all of their trainers to transform their outstanding technical skills and knowledge from formal accreditation into an interactive style. They became more engaging speakers who got the audience involved.
