Leadership Development

Following a large merger which transformed the structure of the University there was a need for a consistent approach to Leadership across the new organisation. I ran a 12 month programme to train the Associate Deans and Heads of School. The approach challenged them to look at a new way of considering their role and responsibilities as a leader. The programme was supported by the Vice Chancellor who I worked with to create on ongoing package of support to embed the changes needed in the wider organisation.
