Chris quickly distinguished himself by becoming their youngest qualified trainer globally and later achieved the status of Master Trainer, enabling him to assess new trainer candidates.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked across various industry sectors, collaborating with numerous well-known global brands. His extensive travels have allowed him to engage with diverse audiences in over 22 countries, delivering seminars and talks to 43 different nationalities. This global exposure has enriched his presentations and writing with unique cultural insights.

Chris advocates for a paradigm shift in how we approach work and leadership, emphasising that happiness and engagement at work are driven by attitude rather than wealth or seniority. He believes that traditional organisational structures often stifle potential, harming both business outcomes and employee satisfaction. By understanding each other better and challenging outdated organisational behaviours, Chris sees a path to flourishing businesses and improved productivity.

Currently, Chris serves as the Managing Director for the UK division of Strategic Leadership Group, an elite team of executive coaches and leadership trainers with main bases in Germany, the UK, and Iceland. The Group partners with HR management and business leaders to align leadership development with strategic goals, fostering a leadership culture that supports effective strategy execution and organisational change.

Chris’s work is guided by his personal values, which he believes are crucial for aligning with organisational values to drive engagement and success. His mission is to inspire leaders and their teams step out of their comfort zones, ultimately achieving growth and success.
