Living Organisational Values

First Direct is an independently spirited online bank that is part of HSBC. When they wanted to reinforce the key principles and values of the organisation, they wanted to bring their unique spirit and approach to the topic.

Chris delivered workshops on Teamwork using the analogy of the Paris Dakar Rally, on Entrepreneurship using Richard Branson as a role model and so on. Each session he designed and delivered, represented one principle/value and had a creative theme through which to explore that topic through.
