Living Organisational Values at First Direct

First Direct is an independently spirited online bank but part of HSBC. As such when they wanted to reinforce the key principles and values of the organisation they wanted to bring their unique spirit and approach to the topics. I delivered workshops on Teamwork using the analogy of the Paris Dakar Rally, on Entrepreneurship using Richard Branson as a role model and so on. Each session represented on principle/value and had a creative theme as the vehicle to explore that topic through.
