Brand Relaunch Campaign

The Vauxhall brand in the UK underwent a huge change with a huge transformation both in image and product range. The new range of vehicle was met with great critical acclaim and the brand reputation shifted significantly in public perception. In order to mirror this change and bring the customer experience in line with the new advertising campaigns all UK dealerships also needed to change their traditional culture and approach. I ran a series of workshops called EXCITE to relaunch the Vauxhall to it’s internal employees and create a new ‘spirit’ in the organisation.
